The price for the 'White Madness at the Explorers' package includes:

  • mulled wine to welcome you (hot chocolate for children) and mineral water
  • 3 nights in a room of your choice
  • 3 breakfasts rich in our own products and regional produce
  • sauna (1 hour individual session per hotel day*)
  • discount voucher for the whole family - winter equipment rental and ski instructor
  • winter equipment storage room with boot dryer
  • monitored parking

*Pre-registration at the Reception is compulsory.

 

Failure to use any of the elements of the package does not reduce its value, all elements are an integral part of the given reservation.

 

Meals

The package price includes buffet breakfasts.

 

For kids

Additional remarks:

  • children up to 3 years of age in a room with 2 adults without benefits - without a separate bed and without food - free of charge (half board can be purchased on site)
  • upon prior request a cot for a child under 3 years (firm mattress, bed linen) - 100 PLN for the whole stay.
  • on request, a bath tub - free of charge
  • highchairs and tableware for children available in the dining room, restaurant and bar

 

The hotel has a children's play area (conference room, level -1) with toys, Lego blocks and a Play Station console.

On level 0 (reception and bar) there is a corner with board games, children's books and colouring books.

Important information

Room for guests arriving with pets - quantity limited - please ask before booking (extra charge for a dog up to 5 kg - 45 PLN/day).

Check-in starts at 15:00 and ends at 11:00.

The package starts with dinner and ends with breakfast.

Smoking is not permitted.

Local fee paid additionally at the reception (in cash) - 2,80 PLN / person / day.

 

Due to hotel restrictions imposed by the Government of the Republic of Poland regarding the covid pandemic, as well as ongoing security decisions by the hosts of Villa Discoverers, individual elements of the booking, package and services may be limited, altered, unavailable or available on request.

 

Conditions of reservation
Advance payment of 30% payable at the time of booking
A deposit of 30% of the booking value must be paid at the time of booking. If the transaction is unsuccessful, the reservation will be cancelled. In case of cancellation or no-show on the day of arrival, the prepayment is forfeited.

Pets up to 5 kg accepted surcharge - ask before booking (number of rooms limited).

Car park is free of charge to all hotel guests - space reservation is not required.
